Get ready to be energized and inspired by the one and only, Dr. Tye Caldwell! He’s the visionary, pioneer, and CEO of the innovative [ShearShare](http://www.shearshare.com/) app—our industry’s HAIRbnb that allows you to rent salon or barbershop space by the day with no contract or commission. Learning about his journey is incredible. Not only did he start doing hair at the age of eleven, he also wrote a best-selling book in the midst of earning his Doctorate! We are especially eager to share that our conversation is available to watch on your YouTube page. Here’s that link:  [https://youtu.be/SkbBrG6SF3A](https://youtu.be/SkbBrG6SF3A)
