Candice Gliatto is the owner of Citrus Salon in Martinez, California. I first met her at Serious Business this year as she spoke on the stage about what it was like to lose out on the first few years of her son’s life due to working over sixty-hours per week. After hitting her rock-bottom in business, she started working with Qnity—whom she ironically met at a Serious Business event! What a game changer. She gained her life back, cut her hours in half, and gained triple—even quadruple the amount in profits for her salon. Her team is passionate, her leaders have clarity and ownership in their roles, and Candice has a salon business of her dreams. Join us today here or watch our conversation on YouTube!
