Haven’t we all had an experience like that? An experience where we felt we didn’t belong? That is why it’s so important that we think about our guests’ story and what that should look like before, during, and after their visit. Haley Davis is back to share her love for consumer psychology. She will share a story about her salon visit that we’ve probably all been guilty of and don’t even realize it.
